To initiate a refund:

  2. Provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).
  3. Attach evidence (e.g., photos of the damaged product or a detailed explanation of the issue).

Our team will review your request and  return process will be completed within 5-7 business days

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • For online payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • For cash on delivery (COD) payments: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer (details required).

Processing Time: Refund will be credited back to original payment mode within 7-10 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products or services purchased during sale or promotional periods.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Issues caused by customer misuse or mishandling.

5. Return Shipping

For product returns:
